The study guide requires you to begin your encounter with Kafka's The Metamorphosis with an attempt at writing your own Bloom's Taxonomy-based questions. Be sure to work on these and build your questions around the verbs given to you in question #1.
In your notes will answer 4 of your group's questions that your group decides on. These questions will serve as the basis of your own thoughtful analysis and discussion of the text in our Friday's 10-10-10 discussion (aka "Fishbowl").
Your homework tonight, then, is to finish The Metamorphosis. Finish the study guide by Friday, and pay close attention to objects/situations in the text that warrant close-inspection, e.g. bowls of warm-milk with bread floating in them, daddy's soiled uniform, sister's violin playing, portraits of female strangers on the wall, furniture, rotting apples, darkness, etc.
