Hey guys, get out your survival kits--we are on the hunt. Both English 1 Honors classes: the hunt is on for symbolism. We're reading to find out if Rainsford can survive, but at the same time, we're hunting for patterns and symbols that occur over and over. These things are not accidental. Look for patterns, and then ask yourself what the patterns/symbols suggest. Things that recur:
