To better organize our classes, I'm trying a new blog feature of weebly. This should help us keep better track of assignments and descriptions of our day.
Today, with period 1, I was able to go over the features of MLA with the class; period 2 had 6 prezis, and I mentioned the typed papers at the end of class.
The things you had to turn in this week (March 3-7) are as follows:
1) 3 questions from the Koran, Hebrew text, and Egyptian text.
2) Vocabulary quiz on Friday
3) Prewriting for the prompt on rhetorical analysis on Hebrew text of 1 Samuel 17 (rhetor, strategies, effects)
4) Prezi
5) First draft of the rhetorical analysis prompt
<If any of the above is missing, you will stick around during HH this coming week to make it up.
What to expect next week:
Oedipus the King - you will be doing some independent work on this while I conference 1-1 with the class this coming week for your first process argument paper (rhetorical analysis).
We are also going to be taking the CASE 21 Spring Benchmark 1 on Wednesday! :)
